Lottie is a highly experienced integrative therapist offering a wide range of approaches for individuals and couples.  She is equally confident working with young people (from 11 to 18) as well as adults and the range of issues they bring with them. This remit covers, anxiety, depression and any problems around compulsive behaviour. (e.g. addictions).  She is able to offer long or short term therapy.  She has a very friendly and open way of working which is innovative and creative. She supports her clients on their own individual journey to become the best version of themselves.

Lottie trained at Eastleigh College for an accredited counselling course validated by Winchester University and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual Psychotherapy, together with a Diploma in Supervision.  She has extensive specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and uses all these skills to provide a truly holistic framework for her clients.

She has been a Lecturer, co-ordinator of Counselling training, and trainee placements at Eastleigh College of Further Education and Eastleigh Youth Counselling Service She provides clinical supervision for individuals and groups (Olive Branch, Winchester, Eastleigh Youth Counselling Service (EYCS) and Eastleigh College.

Because she works with young people she is Level II Child Protection trained which means that she has to adhere to strict protocols for the safety and wellbeing of her younger clients. Lottie provides a safe and contained place for all her clients to explore their issues.

As a psychosexual therapist, Lottie works with a wide range of male and female sexual difficulties and she has many years’ experience.  She is able to work with low sexual desire, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, vaginismus, organic difficulties and painful sex.

Lottie is a very experienced facilitator of training and offers workshops and seminars for healthcare professionals which have included topics such as self-harm, anxiety and anger management, which have been well received.  She is part of the team that delivers Juliet Grayson’s acclaimed Working with Couples Counselling Courses.
